Patt Scrivener

A Prairie girl at heart Patt moved to Parksville in 2009. Patt is a mixed-media artist. Her work includes imagery of people, landscapes, and abstraction. The layering of a variety of media offers an assortment of possibilities within her work.

“My work is about the process – I love layering, scraping, sanding, pouring and dripping. I use many unorthodox tools and love going to the thrift shop and hardware store!

In 2007 Patt studied life coaching and this was instrumental in her decision to become a full-time artist and to help others develop their creativity. Patt devotes her time creating original works and sharing her knowledge on her YouTube channel, and by teaching and mentoring students.

She facilitates workshops in her Parksville Studio and online. Patt is a Signature (AFCA) member of the Federation of Canadian Artists.
